Wednesday Evenings Walk-ins 5pm - 8pm (last patient registered at 7:30pm)

Thursday Afternoons Walk-ins 12pm - 3pm Beginning Feb 28th

Flu Shots now available for Adults 18+ with no health Insurance or resource options. Shots given 5pm-7:30pm every Wednesday.

The Free Medical Clinic of Community Health Partners provides urgent care services to 18+ uninsured adults. Urgent care services can also offer lab testing, medications and point of service testing, such as basic urinalysis, blood glucose, strep throat, and pregnancy testing for those who are considered appropriate during the patient's visit. Immunizations for seasonal Flu and Tdap (tetanus, whooping cough) are available.
